Absolute sack of shit what he is chatting about IMHO, running cars on hydrogen works fine, but thats not what this is doing.

I love this bit:

OUR OBJECTIVE

Is to give you this information for peanuts so you can make monkeys out of the oil companies and governments.. Keep the money in your pocket and not in their's. Please pass my site on to your friends so they too could save hundreds of pounds in fuel costs...
He calls charging you 25 quid to send you an email "peanuts"

riiight, so you use your alternator to effect hydrolysis on the water, then burn the gas released to power your engine alongside petrol, and some magic lost catalyst reaction takes place to make 95% more power......

Hydrogen as a fuel is fine, but like electric cars from batteries, its only a storage medium, you use electricity to make hydrogen and oxygen and then burn them in a fuel cell, or a basic IC engine because its lighter than batteries. Bottom line tho is that untill all of our electricity comes from nuclear or renewable sources its a bit pointless.

Thats a load of crap, at the end of the day, even if that thing did generate hydrogen gas (which I doubt it would) it would take more fuel to power the alternator to produce the electrical requirements of electolysis than the gas released from the process would generate in return.
