Default car prob help ?????????

well car did a new trick today , moved her so i could wash her , switched her off but she kept running took the keys out and she still kep running , n e ideas?

have recently had fuse box probs

My old Red S2 did this, had to replace ignition switch if I remember rightly

I used to have an old car that done that.

Pre-ignition or something.

Brother said it was something about the timimg being out.

god dam it had it a year with no probs what so ever , now in past 3 weeks have had m,e fuse box crack and now this

could be a fuse box problem...did you replace the fuse box?

erm not not yet tis just bridge at the mo it was affecting my fuel pump

thats the first thing to try then! (although its easier to just disconnect the ignition switch to test if its that first)

Remove the bridge and see if it stops

As said if its just started happening chances are its related!!! Cant see it being a timing prob or anything if nothings been done under the engine!!

nope nothing been done under then engine shall try fuse box tomorrow have picked up another 1 so hoping that will be ok
