I was jsut dropping some stuff off at a friends and on the way back i was coming to a junction but it was really dark and raining and i saw the line in teh street light so i went to brake then i realised that that line was for the otehr side of the road at a crossroads, and so i slammed on my brakes but they just locked cos it was wet and leafy and i just skidded straight across the road and over the crossroads and couldnt stop im fucking lucky there was no car coming... it was horrible, it was so slow tho made me realise how my boyfriend didnt stand a chance cos there was fuck all i could do but pray there wasnt a car coming
im all shaky now

Done exactly that before,the road markings were non existant,and before I realised it,I was in the middle of a crossroads.
Just crossed my fingers and put my foot down cos it was safer than braking.

true tho i was already breaking so would have had to change gear etc... and my car has the acceleration of a sloath so wouldnt have got across any faster...

thanks guys... id say id drive more carefully next time but there wasnt anything i could ahve done differently to be honest...
