The instructions from my set are in my box at work...I can get them tomorrow and post them up for you in the morning? IIRC there were two different settings, one for use with their own molyslip grease and another torque setting for with out said grease.

If you use arp grease, then 40nm first time 80nm second time and 110nm third time then recheck if every nut have 110nm, then heat car up to normal driving temp, leave it for a day, then loosen nut half a turn, and tighten 110nm, but only one nut @ a time.
Have worked on thoose 5 engines i have made

ARP part number 251-4701 Ford Sierra/Escort Head stud Kit instructions state:
Use manufacturers torque sequence but do not use the engine manufacturers torque specs. Torque nuts to 80 ft lb for ARP MOLY ASSMBLY LUBRICANT (or ARP THREAD SEALER) or torque to 120 ft lb with 30wt Motor oil.

being no 4, it may have had oil pressure issues causing the bearing failure...no4 would be the first to loose its oil...

any signs of heat on the remains?
