Default Spark Pulg Guru's- Please help

I have a 4x4 saph on a j reg. It has a chip, bigger injectors, a 3bar map sensor. It holds around the 22psi mark under full throttle.

it was set up 3 days ago and it drives better than it ever has done scince owning it..

I had this annoying little problem where the car would slightly missfire under hard acc but only when you had been footing it quite a bit before hand. (only when the pulgs were really really hot)

The pulgs that were in the car were NGK BKR8EIX gapped to 1mm

I have just put a set of BCR8ES gapped to 1mm in, after being told they were really good and would suit fine. now the car missfires on boot all the time. anything over about 7 psi and the car badly missfires. i can only asume that the boost is blowing the spark out.

What i was wondering is if people on here have had this problem and wether these are the correct plugs or not?

or is the coil to weak.

just after some guildlines really.

thanks in advance

Your plugs are gapped to 1mm?

I'd personally get a group A coil, and a set of 701's and gap them to around 7mm

I ran .85mm with a group a coil, get decent leads as well, Magnecor would be my choice.

perhaps that was the problem, the wind from the bus was 'blowing the spark out'

re gapped them to 0.60mm seems alot better. still slightly misfires some of the time when giving it a hardcore thrashing.

next step will be a gp A coil me thinks

Thanks again for all the help
