upper or lower if its a old lt 35, the lower it just a 3 bolt bolt-on joint

if its the upper its a 2 bolt but i cant remember if its pressed in or not

never done one, just had to deal with a customer issue today with a LT35 as he recived the upper and not lower one he needed

I usually brace the bottom arm with an axle stand, warm the eye of the arm up with a gas axe to expand it then smack the living hell out of it with a hammer. I usually drill a hole in the top of it to stop it hydraulicing as the grease inside expands and shoots the middle bit out like a bullet while you're warming it up.

If you don't have a ramp and a gas axe, i'd not even bother jacking it up.....
