Default Suffock Flocking Services

Does anyone on here know this guy ?

A good friend of mine from Northern Ireland sent his nova dash there to be flocked at the start of feb, after lots of excuses he said he had started it.

He apparently posted it on the 17th of march but nothing has turned up yet !

Typically he wont reply to any voicemails or answer either of his phones.

It can't take long to flock a dash can it ? seems he is quick to take your money but not great and coming up with the goods.

Any advice would be appreciated

Its when they cover the dashboard in some sort of fabric, dont know if they glue it on or what but it almost makes it look as though its carpeted

You missed that massive post a few weeks back then?

Basic gist is Doug was a little ill / flu'ed up, and had a bit of a back log.

As per the others above, PM Garage19

Now dealing with the post office. Had to send it with them rather than my usual courier because they wanted £45 to get to northen ireland. So it went slow post by boat. They are supposed to be ringing me back as they couldn't match the tracking code. Have been in a place where you can't use your phone for most of the day. Pm me if you want more details otherwise i shall speak to keith tomorrow.

This is a joke, not doing himself any favours with this kind of service!

Lets hope the courier has fucked up and not Doug!

tbh there aren't many good excuses for poor customer service, all it takes is a quick phone call or email, most people will be reasonable if there is a legit problem, at least it puts their mind at rest even if its bullshit!

Parts are in the post. I had too send three parcels at a cost of £39. This has been a nightmare as far as i am concerned.

I offer free return carriage on all my work and quoted Keith not realising he was in northern ireland. My courier wanted a £45 to send it there but i thought i had better honour the quote and sent it via royal mail at a cost of nearly £30 instead.

Turns out royal mail lost the package. At this point i refunded Keith the his full amount and purchased some other parts at my cost to replace them.

Keith supplied another dash and a large box of extra parts (15 parts) which i also coated for free. I have just posted them all back to northern ireland at my cost again.

To summarise, there were problems but Keith has ended up with his original order free of charge without any extra carriage and another big box of bits for his mate also free of any charges. I, on the other hand am over a £100 down but i don't mind as hopefully it will make up for the royal mails failure.

This aint a shop or anything tho mate with other staff to do his work for him, he runs it from a family home and if personal issues or family problems were inturpting my work - I know what would give first.

As per usual peeps jumping on the bandwagon, Let Doug and JonnyBravo's mate sort it between them. I'm sure whatevers happened can be resolved.

Doug flocked my dash with no problems what so ever and i was made up with the service i recivied.

Issues, problems do happen folks, people are all to quick to jump on the band wagon without hearing the full story.

Doug has done my dash before and not a problem in the slightest.
He has also done a blinding deal with the guy in question to which what can you say.......?
Other than id be chuffed with a refund but he gets it all done for free as well.

I have used royal mail in the past and refuse to know however as they do loose shit constantly...

Only ever use Parcelforce now on an insured service, costs more but you have the oppertunity to claim.

If that is the case then I agree that is good of you, I think Keith has been trying to contact you without any luck which is winding him up.
