Default water cooled PAS fluid resevior

r they any good or just a gimmick??? im goin 2b doin a few trackdays and dont want brake fluid getting to hot

100% needed on a Cossie track car - power-steering fluid over-heats and is blown out the header cap otherwise.

Doesn't need to be water cooled. Easy enough to knock up the pipework to run through a nice oil cooler on the return line.

PAS is air cooled already!

Even the original press cars suffered from it a lot during performance testing - esp on the high speed or twisty bits

Most cars run a simple loop of tubing in front of the rads to this effect...

Very easy to knock up

Cossies have it already - long loop of tubing running down the inside of the front chassis rail.

Obviously not hugely efficient, so as before, just plumb a cooler matrix in line.....

Yes, both Spec-R and Pro-alloy . Alternatively you can do it with a small oil cooler like the works cars, which is more efficient, but has packaging issues (see the front of Harvey's track car in the resto section which has coolers for everything) - as in do you have room for this in an area that can provide airflow without blocking the cooling of something else?

just get a cooler from a breakers yard jag diff cooler or some jap stuff has coolers for pas here is a pic of mine
