Which Wideband AFR Guage?
Yes I know theres been loads of threads lately! But im confused by which is best now
Please tell me what you've got, and how you are pleased with it/not pleased with it, with links to decent prices too if possible
Ideally I would like it to have an output from the sensor/kit to possibly link into a closed loop fueling setup at some point, so a second O2 sensor is not required.
Are digital or analouge ones better? I would think that with a needle it would be easier to notice small changes in AFR; without staring at it, and not looking at where you're going?
I'd like something as a complete kit, so that I don't have to go buying a s/s boss etc! I already have a narrow band sensor in my downpipe, what are the chances of it being the same thread? Not likely I'd presume... Where is is best to put the sensor in relation to the turbo?

Cheers for the support guys
The Stack one does look good I must say, Christian's one does also, but I'd like a picture of one in operation showing readings for AFR and EGT to show how it looks in operation. Also I don't think it states whether it comes with everything including Bosses etc?
Does the stack one have the narrowband output for closed loop fueling to the ECU?
In the Stack description is this what it could mean? 0-4V Data logger or ECU output

stu's fuel pump was loosing flow and he wasnt aware of it, the gauge told him a fault so he looked into it and found hes pump was worn and needed a new one !

As for central day, nope, not there mate - still need to get a couple of little bits on the car sorted that i'm not happy with! - As for the fes, was chatting to Lennie about that a couple of weeks back!
I do miss the ole girl, but think that was a blessing in disguise (despite almost doing myself and poorJim in in the process!) - else i'd have spent a fortune on the ole girl, and still be hankering after an escos now!

well if it did do jim in then it WOULD have been a blessing
good choice on car though, best escos about for a road car
you made the slow thing go faster yet or ypu still being a pussy with stage one
spec is very well done for a fast engine though,,,,,,, just need more boost ( though aint that always the way with your cars pmsl )

I did a big write up last year why the innovate one stands out as the best. Basically, it had a fully digitally controlled controller which DOES NOT rely on the calibration resistor in the sensor. It's head and shoulders above the rest technically. The calibration wanders with time, and isn't that precise to start with. That's why when for example Stu maps a car, he pays £500 for a calibrated sensor, and only uses it for 10 hours. The innovate constantly monitors the sensor condition. People often complain that sensors don't last - if the innovate sees a difference in response it produces an error code and won't function. The idea is it won't give readings that are anything but perfect.
