yes you could put the head has still been skimmed so low that its now cut into the valve seat area, thus pocketing the pistons doesn't remove that issue

matt,i dont know where you get the idea i dont like your from,but its not true,ive no problem with you at all.
but i dont think its right you having a go at paul over a totally different issue,if he had sold you a scap head it mite be slightly relevant to the thread.argue elswhere.both of you,but it does apear paul is trying not to argue.put it behind you,lifes to short.


a head below 137mm is not usable,even with pocketed pistons,and would be a waste of a head gasket.thats over 2mm thinner than original.
