Ive changed cars so ive been sent the new documents etc, but in thier "list" of things they want sending back is a photo copy of my driving license and photo card, but WHY? ive sent that last year when i insured my last car with them.
Im just pissed off at the amount of things i have to send back, the envelope they sent out can barely fit one A5 sheet of paper, ill have about 6 A4 sheets by the time im done

Think its something to do with proving your license is still up to date, etc & has not had new points added, etc at least thats what they told me last year

Whatever you do dont send back all your paperwork in their pre-paid envelope as the weight & size will make it for more than what AF pay for as pre-paid post as i found out when i tried sending something back a year ago when the Royal Mail post changes were made

Send it back recorded delivery in your own envelope as otherwise AF will claim you never returned your paperwork & will void your insurance which is what they did to my mate & nearly did to me all because they provide a small envelope which doesnt fit half their paperwork
