well performance direct cancelled my policy back in september as they sent a letter out to me and i never wrote back with the infomation there required

I NEVER FUCKING GOT THE CUNTING LETTER,,,,,,,,, HENCE WHY I NEVER REPLYED

i ONLY called em on thursday for a copy of my insurance certificate as i lost mine,,,,,,,,,,,, they tell me i dont actually have insurance with em

THEY WHERE STILL CHARGING ME FOR IT

the BEST customer service they offer is,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, THEY OFFERED TO START ME A NEW POLICY AND USE THE MONEY THEY HAVE TAKEN OFF ME AS A DEPOSIT

so i curently have no car with insurance,,,,,,,,,, but the good news is having 2 year or 3 years no claims dont actually make a difference as now ive got NO points my insurance on the cossie is 700 quid and the cabrio is 300 quid,,,,,,,,,,, performance direct has just lost a customer though and i will recomend people AVOID THEM LIKE THE FUCKING PLAUGE
