vaccum pipes on the bottom dan......they will end up full of oil, and fills your map sensor up...
would be soo much better with them moved up a bit, even 10mm, so they are out of the oil.
i got fed up with pulling vaccum pipes of and it dripping oil on the floor, and had a map sensor fail due to being full of oil....
strangly my engine used no oil at all, and i was using your 247 turbo which was mint, so it happens.....

I have had my inlet off a few times and never seen oil inside it?
How can there be oil inside it unless your breather is recircing back into airbox?

my breather didnt go back into the air box, it must have come from the turbo i guess, it did it on both of mine, both new aswell. not alot of oil, just a trace, but it always ended up in the vacum pipes, which really gripped my shit

the oil tends to gather at the bottom,at least when the engine is stopped.
then it fills the pipes up.
mike r ones have a single outlet on the rear like jays, which feeds a remote unit which the pipes connect to.act is underneath still.

your pipe could still gather oil at the lowest point, worth pulling the pipe off to make sure nothing comes out....

So what is your comp Euan
, even lower than 7.2
Here is a few of mine, cant comment on the effects yet as the car is on a rough running in map, but will be fitting a remote idle speed control valve.
