Default 3 Door Wheels - will these fit?

Hi,

Will 8 x 18" et33 wheels go on a 3 door with minimal (ideally no) scrapage, and will they sit out nicely in the arches?

Cheers.

you've basically got a contradicition there.

18's on a 3dr with minimal scubbing. But you want them to fill the arch.

im afraid its not going to happen unless your car is jacked up like a toyota hilux

What are the options then?

Car is currently decked and on 18's, but they are sitting inside the arches

and it scrubs with 2 people in the front (although I guess me and my bro with a combined weight of 40 stone is not a very fair test ) and I want some that will sit out further. Can the arches be rolled to accomodate them better or is it a case of sticking to 17's or raising the car?

Even 16s if you have them nicely out in the arches will rub if the car is low.

Your ONLY option if you want it decked and on wheels sat out, is to start modifying the bodywork to get extra clearance.

What you want isnt possible without doing so IMHO, unless you end up with suspension harder than a cock in a whorehouse, so it just doesnt move at all, and then it would handle shit

Ok, cheers Chip. I don't really want to start pissing with the bodywork tbh. I was watching some group A escos wheels on ebay, but I'm gonna forget it, and go for some 17" TH2s instead. Wanted the 18's but not enough others did for the order to go ahead.

The width/offset is the biggest issue, not the height

Mine rubs worse on 16 escos rims than it does on the 17s ive got on at the moment.
