anyone know anything about these?

mate has a 2.0 laguna on a w plate and it's such a nice car for everyday driving.

are all the v6's automatic?

anyone had on/know much about them?

i'm talking mk2 btw on about v/w/x plate. not the shonkey laguna 2!

Most but not all V6 are auto.
Very nice to have if someone else has to maintain it, VERY problematic, later ones better, but certainly not as good as the competition.
I like lagunas myself, but would never own one.
I had a hire car for a few weeks a 2.0 petrol, jesus it was slow, even had to turn the air con off to get a bit more overtakey power!!, good on the fuel though, and VERY nice car, I had a 2.1 auto sierra at the time which was way way faster.

I currently have two V6s sat here.

One with a snapped timing chain, and the other as a donor.

Absolutely ridiculously cheap for what they are though - spec can be top notch, and they are a very comfy cruiser... but they do like a drink!

Also, if they snap a timing chain, it gets rather messy!

oh right, i assumed it'd be a timing belt!
