I have 3 points as of this tonight. The thing is I was caught speeding and driving dangerously, I would of lost my license had it gone to court. He told me this and I knew it as soon as I was stopped. He told me what I had done and he told me 'We are in a high perfomance vehicle and we have struggled to keep up, what does that tell you?' So I assumed I was going to be summons to court, I also went through a light on orange. And he ended up doing me for going through a red light and that was it? So he did me for something I didn't even do, and let me off for alot of other MAJOR offences?

Years and years ago i had a serious issue with the dvla as i just changed address and they sent me a provisional licence back

Although me and a mate would of got raped about 5 years ago on the bike's if we'd been caught. Bouncing off the limiter and overtook a undercover copper in a scooby. The chopper was out about 5 min's later but by then we was at another mate's having a cup of tea with the bike's in his garage. We had no plate's on so quite lucky really. Thank fuck for velcro

It's not that I drive that fast, I'm just unlucky! Been caught by Gatso, marked car, unmarked car, Vascar, Laser x2, and speed trap van.

After 15 years with a squeaky clean license i just got my first NIP through this week...

They gatso'd me with a little sneaky camera on a tripod hidden behind a bush in the middle of the countryside on a quiet road at 8pm!
83mph in a 60 zone.
Theyre offering me 3 points and £60.

This little incident has really made me appreciate what a good job the police actually do, and i have the utmost respect for them now
The camera was so well hidden, the copper that did it must have been ex SAS

?????-74mph in a 40mph zone (stupid i know, i had just got the car back after it being off the road and it was on a 40mph limit on a dual carriageway with no cars on my side, not an excuse i know) £250 fine and 5 points

Police up here are VERY strict, if you get caught doing anything against the law like having frot tints etc. There's 99.9% chance you'll get charged.

* There was a guy that got caught the other week (was in local paper) doing 92mph in a 30mph in an EVO, I would not like to see what they do to him, I suppose he should've thought of that first tho, but we all do silly things from time to time.

it mean's you have totalled the maximam amount of point's aloud on a license i've done it twice but i have never been to court that many time's so i went back it to question it and they basically told me to fuck off i have no respect for them or the system anymore.
I drive fast and really don't give a fuck i know this is not the attitude to have but they raped me so fuck them ohhhhh don't do that they will send you to prison 3 meal's a day and gym membership haha where do i sign up lol i do prefer my freedom through lol

They were in a ford escort, so a year after regaining my revoked licence, I bought an M3!

I've just finished my 2 years of point-less driving.

No idea how it affected insurance, prob increased it by c.£600 last year and £400 this year.

I had 18points due to a system error. I lost my driving licence in 2002, so everytime I was meant to send it off to have points added I never did. When I went to Court the systems were not up-to-date, so twice I went to court and they said "According to our systems you have 9 points". I stated I had 12, but they went with their information and somehow I clocked up 18points WITHOUT a ban.

I got pulled over by the Police for speeding and was reported. I said to the Officer I had 15points and could not afford anymore. He said I had 18 points, not 15...

So thanks to that speeding offence and my points I got a 12mts ban. I did the crime and did the time and aim to not get any more points...

system is wrong yet there so we have to respect it but don't mean you cannot bend it i know the law do so what is it one rule for one and one for another lol but nothing we can do about it.
I truly beleive the only way the police will sort out the drivin problem i.e speeding ,dangerous driving they should talk to the people commiting the crime's and try and work with them to create somewhere they can do this in a safe envoirement but OHHHHHH NOOOOOO then they wouldn't get any money from us then how would they get paid (the police have a lack of fund's at the moment maybe hosting event's like this is the answer to there problem's)
