Do you have a 100,000 rpm balancing machine?

The actual rebuild shouldnt be hard or need any specialist tools , but as chip says its the balancing that will be the problem. It might not be that far out but with something spinning so fast its not worth it for all you will save.

If you are just changing the oil seals and no other moving components then there is nothing to re-balance

Just take it apart carefully, replace the ring seals and re assemble - easy to do.

I have rebuilt loads with simple tools and all worked fine for many miles afterwards with no more leaks, only awkward part is holding the turbine wheel in order to undo the compressor wheel nut as it has an unusual end on it
