was having aflick through the paper on the way home from work and noticed an interesting article about this subject. the government claim that any bum who refuses jobs or hasnt worked for several years will be given community work etc... personally i reckon its about time...

IMO everyone on the dole has the right to have some choice in the kind of work they want to take on BUT some arseholes have been on the dole years and theres loads of jobs available

I reckon something like they should get 3 hits. If they turn the 3rd job down in 12 months that they have been offered they should lose their benefit...

Yes, people have the right to chose, but as said, 3 strikes, after that, any work or dole is cut off.

Single mums, benefits for one kid, after that no more benefits, but help if you work full time. To many birds get the beans chuffed up them knowing they will get a nicer house, I know a few of them and they are in brand new builds, 3-4 kids and plent of cash

The problem is that the government are too soft, so why shouldn't people take the piss, it is being offered to them I produce publicity for local governments that remind people of what they can claim for making sure they don't miss out

i agree with the 3 strikes thing and also think there should be a time limit on how long you can be on the doll for like say a year cos thats plenty of time to get a job or even an apprenticeship.

what also gets me really angry is that the governmentopen the doors to all imigrants and house them an clothe them an give them medical care and they cant speak any english and have never contributed to the big money pot by paying taxes AND they dont have to swear allegiance to this country!

going back to my other point though its maybe a bit extreme but by us tax payers looking after them it makes a better place for us to live. Benefits are a necassary evil sort of thing. Place would be a slum if we just let people with no money and job roam the streets lol....like a third world country....

now i wish i was back on it had loads of money back then and havent got fook all now

and when i did lose my job it took the coonts 6 months to sort my money out if i had just landed off a boat thay would have sorted me out with a nice house and loads of extra money pronto

I thought the same amount of people had continued to claim with this initiative. So yeah, you get some 'free' work from the people but it doesnt cost the tax payer any less and doesnt encourage them to go out and get a proper job.

i use to work in a car wash and thay had russian guys working cash in hand thay took home £30 a week and i was on £100 there is no fucking way i would have dune that job for £30 a week

and most if not all imigrants and the like are doing cash work and are on the dole

Any muppet can go to an agency and pull 150+ a week taping up boxes or somethin. If you're not capable of doin that you should be put down, aside from obvious serious disabilities.
Saying that, I know a guy who has one arm and one shrivelled stump who works for a living. Theres something out there that most people COULD do but wouldn't be as well off doing.
How much is dole/ depression type disability anyway? I havent got a plasma and my newest car is only 51 plate....

if you dn't work you have plenty of time to look after your own kids, so no free playgroups for them
if you do work the you get your kids looked after for free at the playgoups so you can go and earn some cash or them rather than sponge like a fuckwit with no intention of going back to work

underaged mothers? if you get up the duff and have your kid under the legal age of consent (so you have your baby before you are 16 and 3/4's) no benifits for you for the rest of your life, simple
no council house, no help, give the kid up for adoption if you want but you knew the rules and blew your chance so if you can't do the time, don't do the crime
