Keep getting parcels not turn up! Been having trouble over 4 months now with a few different size but not big parcels and getting pissed off that I can't order anything off ebay

What do I do if I think the postman is taking them

Soon paypal won't give me my money back if I don't get something

lately its xmas post

ive been sending stuff 1st class recorded to turn upa week later

so lately if its needed urgently i ask for postage to be special delivery as i know its guranteed next day

I'm not sure with letters but I wouldn't know unless I was told a letter was sent and didn't get it

They don't say much on the website.

Might have to pay the local sorting office a visit and threaten legal action unless they look into it

Try and have you're stuff sent recorded delivery so you have some tracebility, and most importantly get a complaint into your local delivery office.

I paid for special and the tracking number shows its undelivered 14 days later and the bloke sending a new one now.

Loads of stuff going missing though!

well if it was special delivery and it has been lost then the bloke who sent it can claim for the money of the item

specia delivery insures it upto £500 unless stated more
