Right have a bit of a mystery coz i cant find what i need.
A mate of mine has just bought a granada estate with this type vin plate;


All im interested in is the first 3 down the left side
Drive = 4
Engine = BR
Trans = M

Now from what i can work out;
4 = 4wd???
BR = 12v v6???
M = Auto box???

Its on a K reg and it has a 24v cosworth engine manual mt75 4wd

It looks like it could of had the engine from factory but im really not sure does any one have any information on the poss that this was done by ford for a special project or something as the vin seams to go off in 2 directions with the 4wd but then auto???????

Any ideas???????
