Tell them your friend Mustafa Patel was driving the vehicle while he was here on holiday.
Call International Directories and find a Mustafa Patel in India. Use his address and submit it to the law.

There's no such thing as a free meal. Sites like 'Pepipoo' are only any good if theres a chance that the conviction is unjustified, but its a fair cop, you were speeding and thats that.
Take it like a man and learn from it.

I'm just trying to visualise the defense case.
"So, why do you feel that this conviction is unjust??"
"I just do, because the Internet said so".
3 points if its the first set wont even affect your insurance, the 60 quid fine,, ok thats a pisser but it happens
for the arse ache,, unless theres a unjust way to wriggle out of it thats gonna cost less than 60 quid then theres no point IMO
oh and ny mate whos been banned for 6 months for speeding in my car has also been asked for hes licence as he never took it to court as was told that if he dont hand it in hes gonna get hes licence revoked,,,, even though hes on a ban
remember girls, speed kills

If you try the age old excuse, "I don't know who was driving".... since Oct 1st, the fine for not disclosing a driver is now 6 points.

try pepipoo mate, the pace loophole that i used to get mine overturned has been closed but theres still some good info on there, i can tell by some of the other comments that no -one else has ever crept over the speed limit and if they did they would gladly cough up 60 quid and take 3 points without any feeling that theyve been shafted, good luck with it mate

They cannot give everybody 3 points.

Speeding drivers face more points
Most speeding vehicles are caught by speed cameras.
Motorists who fail to declare who was behind the wheel when a speeding offence was committed are to face stiffer penalties from Monday, 1st October.
Those convicted of failing to provide information on the identity of a driver will get six penalty points on their licence - doubling the current rate.
The aim is to punish those who falsely claim they do not know who was driving.
Ministers say those with good reason for not naming a driver, such as if a vehicle is stolen, will have a defence.
Vehicle owners are obliged under the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 to tell police who was driving at the time of an alleged motoring offence.
