and this needs to be said.....
This is NOT aimed at any particular person as this has been on my
mind for quite a while.
INTERNET
If anyone would like technical support for any SECS product,
please do not post on here and expect an instant answer and then get
miffed because I have not replied within 3 seconds.
I do NOT spend all day/night on this website and sometimes only
get to check my normal EMAILS once a day.
I will always try my best to help as quickly as possible but I do other
things beside surf the internet.
If you do post questions/comments on this website, There is a chance
that I may not see it at all or only after a few days.
If you must use the net, it is better to email me directly.
TELEPHONE
A phone call is much better for quicker response and if i do not answer
my phone, please leave a message on the answer phone and
I will get back to you ASAP. I cannot respond to problems if no
message is left !

Products are shipped with instructions of some description.
They may not be in a simple format for everyone to understand as
these products are highly technical and usually require moderate
experience.
Please at least try to read them first.
You may not understand them but at least then you have tried.

I would like to say that I have used Simon's technical support in the manner he has suggested using it, and he has proved to respond:
1. Almost instantly.
2. At unsociable hours.
3. With patience when it has been due to the customer not reading the instructions

RS500/104, You are totally right, all CURRENT products do have website
instructions included in the download files.
The original SECS monitor is no longer being pushed for sale due to the new

If as you say i wanted to highlight your faults Simon i would have jumped on the band wagon when everyone was slating you regarding your appaling service over your fookin monitors

Not that its any of your business but the reason Matt didn't get a power lead from me was because the only one i had was this fookin "special" piece of shit you made me wait 2 weeks longer than promised for,made up of a standard power lead that you say are Ł5 and half a fookin ecu plug that you charged me 50 quid for
At that price i was hardly going to give it away was i especialy as in a 3 door it is useless as when fitted you can't get the ecu cover back on!

I am sometimes a bit impulsive when posting.
I think everyone at some point has made a post and regreted it after the
send button is pressed.
My problem is, I get sh*t for things that have happened ages ago,
I get sh*t when things go well too. Just cant win so it has made me a bit
paranoid in my old age.
