yea it bloody hurts going to the docs to have some tests to see but the docs pretty sure thats what it is. I cant wait till it goes relieve me of the pain. i snapped my cruciate ligament in my knee that was painful but this is beating it at the moment

Yup I get it, and bad too.
Have worked out my triggers now, so avoid them like the plague.
Any trips to the USA I make sure I take LOTS of pills with me, as I cant resist steak lol.
I thought it was an old persons thing, but then saying that I seem to get most ailments.
Last 2 years have seen...
Hypertension
Gout
Stomach ulcers
and just to round it off.......... tennis elbow lol
Have worked out my triggers now, so avoid them like the plague.
Any trips to the USA I make sure I take LOTS of pills with me, as I cant resist steak lol.

What was the hypertension all about? Dizzy spells?
Hypertension aka high blood pressure. Dizzy spells, fuzzy concentration, easily stressed, panic and breath erratically. Not a nice feeling.
I was about 31-32 when I got Gout too.
