IE7 Vista, wont open video's in IE

Default IE7 Vista, wont open video's in IE

on my mates pc, he is browsing the web and if there is a link to video, when he clicks it, it says error 404, and wont open, he can right click save as a download it, but cant view by simply clicking the link

on his XP pc it works fine.


anyone know the answer?????

What type of video are they - Flash/WMP?

Above should work for WMP, if Flash based, ensure he has the latest Flash player from www.adobe.com

The problem was already solved, i just like to let people with less knowledge know that Firefox is better than I.E.

In YOUR opinion... In my opinion it's not, hence why I don't use it. I prefer IE7 - you prefer FF. Not everyone thinks the same!

Reminds me of them annoying as fuck born again christins that constantly ram the gospel of christ down your throat! I usually tell them to STFU and give it a rest too

DOH didn't realise i feel in that category

best tell my boss to pay me less that the substantional salary i get for doing my job


and as for firefox, i HATE it, it's always slow, much prefer IE.
