my misses bought some tablets from tescos she swares by them lol she says they fill you up and not make you feel hungry, supposed to take em 2 or 3 times a day with water before meals, i guess they bloat you out or something


me aunti lost 3 stone on em too

 

they are a placebo as such... they are basically a refined sugar and suppressant that makes you feel full and speeds up your motabolism... however you can notice come downs quite easily as you get grouchy and mardy if you are on a come down... my sisters mates use them and you can tell when they are about hte place...

a slightly less sophisticated thing is redbull type stuff, good apitite suppresant.

 

I used to use these, now i hear of the name! they are good!
