Orange phone users!!!!
For the last couple of nights ive been unable to speak to someone at Orange to upgrade my phone
If you have up graded how much has it cost you ??
Can you do it in one of their shops even if you done your contract online ?
Please need to get new phone sorted as my Sony K800i is fooing crap

Just this minute called them and got through no worries.... Although they wanted Ł50 from me too. Gave them a load of verbal about my k800i being a load of shite and got a new phone for nowt

if your contract is up for renewal then you shouldnt have to pay for an upgrade unless youre going to a much higher spec phone!

Orange kept joking me around as I was due an upgrade.
I got so fed up I threatened to leave. Could choose any phone I wanted for free.
