it gets stuck in gear u can put clutch in and the gear leaver wont move!
turn the car off and it comes out after a while
could it be the clutch quadrant?

For two boxes to be doing the same the fault must be either the clutch (dragging/not fully disengaging) or the linkage incorrectly adjusted.
Where is the bite point on the clutch pedal? Can you engage and disengage all other gears ok? Does it crunch when selecting reverse?
I rebuilt my box a couple of weeks ago and found i could not get it into 5th. When rebuilt the box i used a thread sealer on the selector rod detents. A small ammount of thread sealer had run into the detent and locked the plunger into the detent caseing therefore not allowing the plunger to push back to allow 5th gear to be selected.
