Like I said to you before, T04E turbo means bugger all! Just the compressor housing inlet and outlet sizes.

What spec is it? T4Es can be rated from under 400bhp to mentalist power, about 800bhp is most ive seen using a T4E compressor housing.

It may bolt direct on, it might need huge amount of manifold and downpipe mods, not to mention external gate and new oil and water pipes.

No idea unless you give an exact spec and ideally a pic.

thats just some cheap chinese turbo, has a T3 flange so will bolt straight on cossie manifold.

MAIN problem you got is the wastegate side isnt included so all you got there is a hole at moment, meanin youd get no boost.

chances are, even if you can work out where to get that bit from, it will end up costing twice as much anyhow.

why do people bother with this rubbish....

if they were as good at the proper turbos then we would all be using them

had one of the same spec on my cosworth and worked great. depends on the origin of the turbo as some of them are absolute rubbish.

on a 2wd manifold you will need a spacer to go between the manifold and turbo about 1 inch thick, then drill hole and tap in comp housing for actuator pipe, thread retaping in oil inlet then u can use standard cossie t3 fittings.
and for the back you need either an rs500 wastegate housing or a converted 5 bolt wastegate housing to accept delta flange downpipe.

but be advised some turbos are utter poo and will fail within 5 minutes of boosting. i know as its happened to me when i was finding my supplier.

to be fair euan if you by the right ones they are good. used one myself without failer for over 4000 miles at holding 22 psi.

and they make massive lowdown torque on a standard engine.

some of the early ones i sold were rubbish and did fail but my supplier now i have bought between 30 and 40 of and havnt had one complaint of failer yet

yeah, just weld the hole up......................but then you would have to adapt the mani for an external gate. its all swings and round abouts really

you could use external wastegate biu still need a flange for downpipe to fit. plus then need wastegate housing to go on manifold. on a 4x4 manifold a to4e might fit on with no spacer. from your sig pic looks like a good bit of clearance. all it would need is a modifyed 5 bolt wastegate housing with a delta flange fitting welded on the back. i may be able to sort the rear housing out pm me if you want to know more
