I can left foot brake, not as well as i'd like to be able to.. have tried it in the pulsar... but I need to upgrade first, the standard brakes are shocking!

I'm not great at left foot braking but I will be trying that in the nova as that also runs a Quaife, not 100% sure though that mine isn't simply knackered as it acts very different to other I have used

I learned to do it years ago and it really helps in FWD cars, really makes a difference in my Z-S fiesta, on something like a fast island on a dual carriageway, or coming out of a tight slow/medium corner.....lots of fun dancing on the pedals, just be prepared to headbutt the wqindscreen the ifrst few times you use your left foot.........it feels wierd using throttle and brake together......i just learned to use my left foot on the brake alone first so as to get a feel for it before I tried the throttle part too.....when it all comes together its fun and makes a noticeable improvement.

is really hard to do at first but quite easy to get used to with a bit of practice. i race a fiesta xr2 on the oval circuits and my right foot never leaves the throttle. every corner my left foot comes of the foot rest for a bit of a stab at the brake and then straight back on the throttle with my right.

right handed people say its like using your left hand when having a.......... ill leave it there
