It's a thick oil emulsifier and works by effectively swelling orings to improve sealing (primarily valve stem seals) and thickens oil to prevent it being drawn through the valve guides or being burnt through worn piston rings. Not good at all and only to be used to get an engine through its LAST MOT!!!!!

karl at work we sell block repair, its 12 quod so im not gonna ask if it works, otherwise im sure you would be out of a job , what is it though and why do people sell it as its obviously shite

Same thing Ginge. All these additives to stop leaks etc are based on being an emulsifier/expanding agent, so as to temporarily help a serious problem. It's only meant to prolong the life of the engine by minutes/days etc to get you home or through an MOT, but its of no real help as the real cause is a fucked engine.

i had a guy with a erst that cracked his block and seen it and was like fooking hell, 2000 quid for a rebuild and all i need for a cracked block is this, i aint using that tuner again
