Like all the other lads have said on here , i have never heard of a warrant being issued for this... words fail me to be honest. I really cant see how they can expect to get a conviction out of this as they cant prove that you never sent the letter off..

 

Its no wonder people lose respect for the police and legal system.

A mate of mine got done for not replying to a speeding ticket and the first
he knew was that a summons was issued to him for failing to provide
details of the driver at the time.

Obviously, they insist that the court sent the document out and the fact
it was never received is no excuse in the eyes on the law.

It would seem equallity doesnt exist in the legal system after reading
your situation and my friends.
