bloody doctors surgerys !!
Just rang my Doctors off a phone number off the internet to book a appointment to be answered with "hello doctors emergency line how can I help" I said can i book a appointment please she said "you will have to ring the other number" i said what other number ?she gave me the other number then hung up !
rang the other number to be answered by the same female and gave it the hello surgery etc.. I said same again can i book a appoinment please ?
answer was no you cant book in advance any more you have got to ring at 8:30 of the day you want to come and we will see if we can fit you in

near enought the same as mine 
got to phone @ 9am or u might as well not bother
even then u sometimes dont get an appointment that day and have to phone next day @ 9am again
got put on hold this morning for 3 minutes
got fucked off and hung up
phoned back and got anwserd in seconds

Yep, my Dr's you have to ring dead on 8 in the morning, the day you want the appointment, ring at 8 and it's engaged until 20 past and by then all the appointments have gone
