How do you cancel a sale after the auction has ended.

Im trying to get to the bit where you can state teh item is no longer for sale or damaged, etc but cant remember how

you can only end a sale up to 12 hours and 1 minute before the auction ends.

You should've set a higher start price / reserve.

you cannot remember how to get the relevant form because there isnt one!!if it hasnt made enough money to suit you thats tough,its the downside of using an auction to sell something,do you have no standards then?

 

there is a form as i have used it a few years ago

anyway the winning bidder is from abroad and im not sending it there and they didnt contact me prior to it ending.

you will need to open an item dispute and get the other party to agree TO NOT COMPLETING THE SALE then it allows access to the apropriate forms etc

Bit naughty really, the buyer may well have missed out on another similar item bidding on yours, as said, ebay gone down the pan by peeps not playing the game.

You could (as this seems the case) say that you are not willing to do the deal with them as you requested contact before bidding, and that the seller is abroad so you are unlikely to be able to track them if someone goes amiss, therefore with so many scammers your not willing to take the chance of being ripped off.

He may leave neg feedback, but anyone reading will most likely sidfe with you,
