hey thats my log book & vin plate
i went to my local garage and had one big shock, the guy that owns it offerd me a log book number plates and vin plate that belongs to an r.s turbo i sold 3 & half year ago and it was scrapped 8 months latter after i sold it due to it having a reshell but its still in my name. he was trying to tel me that i could go and nick another one and swap the plates but im not the kind to do that. thay have since been done for selling a car that was a total loss and was sold on with false id.
but thay still have all the id of my r.s turbo and the log book what shall i do now

if u tell the dvla in a nice letter that it was scrapped then u will be fine and they will send u a letter to say u no longer own the car (no need to get a v5)
expect a fine for not updating ur paperwork tho (i did )
and then when a car gets rung up on the id and sold it will be took off em by old bill and they will get done
well thats how it is sposed to happen neways
