Default EsCos rad - Blocked - Whats best replacement???

Had a look over EsCos after its overheating prob and looks like rad is blocked.

The area around thermo switch for fans is alot cooler than rest of rad. Also i'm not getting much hot air through vents how would i clear a air,ock in that area of system?

Main point though what rad is best replacement? no point in standrad one again!!!
