My New car
Im not sure if this is the right section
A few people have asked for pictures of the car even though its been on here many times, anyway after a run out today I took some.
Popped in here for a cold one it may just look like a country pub to you, but if the other sign "Aidensfield Arms" was outside you may find it familiar.
Next called in to see Bernard Scripps to order some plugs for the S1, he put in the order to Ford they should delivered to his garage in 25 years !!!!!!!!!!!
Next popped to Whitby for some propper pics
script taken from the advert
1985 non custom S1, original bill of sale, all mot's, tax disc's, original tax disc holder from the main dealer and number plates. Original panels and paint, mint interior, dash, spare wheel never been used (MXV). Car was on all original MXV's when I purchased it but they were very badly perished. Underside of the car is totally original and mint (not concours as there is dirt under there but no rust or marks), never been welded.
Engine:
Power Engineering lightened and balanced bottom end (standard compression), stage three head and Power Engineering head, 4x4 cossy intercooler and custom rad, reverse crossover pipe and piping to suit, chipped and running 14psi of boost. Just under 200BHP.
Transmission:
Bernie CTS Stage 2+ box with shot peened and polished gearset, quaiffe ATB diff. Done approx 500miles. Cost £1750. AP organic fast road clutch.
Brakes:
Comp racing four pot caliper on 285mm rotors and alloy bells. Approx 2000 miles at a cost of £800
Konis and polybushed throuout

No they dont do they, when you look about there is a lot they dont show or hide, the train station is down the bottom of the road left of the pub. That mint it looks years old and no modern touches about. Inside the pub in just like on tv apart from newer beers or newer signs etc. It would take like half an hour to move the new stuff out.

Whitby, Saltburn, Guisborough.......that's where I was brought up.
Saltburn was where I spent my childhood, and I went to School in Guisborough. Be going back there in a couple of weeks to visit my old Mum.

Lee, you don't need to do anything to it. That's the point in spending all that money on a good car: so you don't have to spend anything on it. Just go and enjoy it.
