Default Exercise - is it enough?

Right im currently stuck at 21lb weight loss, wanna get another stone off, and ive been up down up down for the past 10 weeks off and on

Started walking loads this week been doing about 4-5 miles a day ( just over 10k steps)

is this enough to boost my weight loss? I cant really do anything other than fast walking as ive got Finley to look after, cant go to a gym etc as dont have a babysitter during the day, and im dead on my feet come 5pm

surely with all this extra exercise i should be losing something

any ideas of anything else that will help my weight loss? exercise wise not drugs or anything

and nowt wrong with the Slimming world ive been doing,as being really strict following it by the book

nope i dont drink at all

I cant skip, am awaiting a breast reduction as i have chronic back pain, i cant bounce on trampoline either as we got one of them, i gave up after about 2mins was hurting too much

I do snack on an evening, but its only fruit and yogurts

slimming world is a good plan, but im just at a plateau for some unbeknown reason

the amount of exercise ive done has increased dramatically too so i thought it would help

i put 2lb ON this week
