Default mondeo 4x4 running gear, whats it worth?!

going to advertise a complete mk1 mondeo 4x4 running gear setup on a couple of the mondeo sites my stepdad uses, but no idea what to advertise it for. ive put it on xrtwo.com just on the off chance for 600, as when i spoke to CTS they said the tranfer box would be worth around that to someone who needed one, as theyre rare as fook etc.

ive got everything, gearbox, tranfer box, front shafts, propshaft, complete rear end assembly with diff, shafts, suspension arms, hubs brakes and shocks/springs....everything

any of the breakers/parts dealers got any idea what i should advertise it for as im clueless?

i think they only made a grand total of about 1500 4wd motors, and that includes the rs2k4x4 as well so the bits will be worth a efw quid assuming i all works properly

it's all to do with the front drivers side driveshaft which has a tranfer box on it

find a pic and everything becoems really clear but they do cost forunes to put right

just a case of finding someone who needs it i guess!

the rear end would be perfectly suited to a rwd conversion in a fiesta or escort or whatever aswell.

that bloke with the 2.3 rs2000 turbo is using that set up (although i think cts did the transfere box) and that knocks out over 300 bhp,

is it the transfere box that breaks first?

The transfer boxes on the mondeo/rs2000's are soft as shit but, they don't give all the torque to the rear. I doubt it would last very long if you tried...

The 3 cars I know of that ran this 4wd system with a bit of power all break after any hard use around the 300bhp mark...
