Got bored today and blitz my daily drive (with pics)
Bit bored this morning, knew i needed to do bushes on my daily drive so though sod it
Replaced top mounts, Lower arms, Track rods and as you have to take the strut out i thought sod it and went upto euro car parts and bought some springs and lowered it.
What you think, its my daily and does 30,000 a year, got about 150,000 on the clock

Nice daily drive really, torque steers worse than a 180bhp RST, which is surprising as its a pultry 185bhp but weighs about 1350kg, but a T25 at 15psi, it lights up the tyres at 2K.
I change the fronts to Pzeros few months ago which helped and while i was at it fitted 225s for a bit of width, but its a lot better with bushes done.
Its pleasent to drive the sapph is just savage and the maestro is worse

No matey, just a S turbo but bloke who had it before me (doctor where i work), had the kit and wheels fitted when he bought it new, his wife then had it, then hes daughter, but he sent into saab for everything
The turbo and cat packed up on it and he was quoted Ł1950 from saab to replace both, he said he would just have a new car, i asked him what he wanted for it, he said Ł1200 quid sound alright, a rebuild on the turbo and a CAT imported from Sweden cost me Ł650 all in so with oil and bits owed me Ł2K until today the bushes rams and springs were about Ł300 unfortunately

There nice and cheap to buy now, but in all honesty i would have a V70 Volvo over it, for build quality, its really a Vectra in Drag so some of the buttons and stuff are a bit flimsy.
Dont tend to break anything on a volvo.
Oh and it warps disks worse than any ford

There lovely, MSD mapped my aero recently... The seats are worth nearly what you paid for the car, seen them go for nearly a grand alone. Bargain car, and will do another 150k if looked after..

read a few places about these a 150bhp can do 300 on standard internals, amazed me, i would be doing that though.
Loads of tuners like Nordic, Maptun, running loads of diffrerent stages.
If was low milage and not a daily i would but front wheel drive, daily driver, family carrier, not worth the hassle.
Oh why didnt they fit these with a LSD

yeah you can get them really going! just make sure the pick up pipes clean nxt time you have a free morning!! they block cos theyre so close to bottom of sump, low oil pressure, chains go noisy then when you sort it with the extra pressure the turbos go streight afterwards!!! only major downfall tho!!
