Default Can i remove my dump valve???

I own a saph running up to 29psi and cant stand the sound of my forge dump valve . can i remove it. will it damage my t34 ie shatter the blades etc?

Take it out throw it away, turbo will be fine

yes mate wont do any harm at all remove it and throw it my direction cheers... dump valves you like 'em or hate but don't really do that much except make a noise

The remains of my T34.....





Had just raced a Bentley Conti GT and shut off at ***mph & snapped the shaft Now running a Bailey Re-Cirulating dump valve...no chatter or dumping but least the turbo is holding on

i had one on my last saff early 2003. I actually still have it but A. the diaphragm is split and B. its a stupid faded red, pink looking one

Awesome noise though if dump valves are your bag

Looks like i'll try for a new diaphragm and buy a tin of paint

ran that looks more like the faded pink one i have. i always thought it was the Forge one

mine looks like a cross between the competition and fast road versions. I think mine is just an earlier version as the styles seem to have been updated.

Can get new diaphragms form there though
