What-ever works for your spec, it's all down to how much porting work has been done.

What do you expect - how can I tell you, when you have not given me any inlet or exhaust port sizes to work with etc ?

There is no generic magical cam that gives an improvement everywhere - cam choice is all down to head flow and what will work for one set up, won't another .
