i got a mates 40th coming up soon and having a bit of a knees up at the local


me misses and her mate, in their infinite wisdom have come up with the idea of putting ballons all over the place


they already have the ballons but we need some helium to fill them

does anyone know who i could get this off or who would blow them up for me?

Fancy dress / party shops usually hire helium tanks. They cost about £35 to £45 for a tank that does about 100 balloons...
