Right now I really want to go outside and kill one

THing is, I think with me it's more to do with the WANT for it than the NEED for it as such - it's like I want to do it cos thats what I do kinda thing..... When I'm bored etc I smoke. When I need something to do with my hands - smoke!

Gonna go eat something - thing is I reckon if I eat something everytime I want a cig, then two things are gonna happen - 1) i'm gonna get FAT 2) it's gonna end up costing just as much as buying smokes!

c i really wanna quit but where i work the people i work with stress me out so i no if i quit, i'd end up beating someone....lol

On a personal note I gave up in January this year. Im not going to lie its fucking hard, you have to want to give up. (I used laser therapy)I was out for a few pints tonite and I could MURDER ciggy!!!!! but you just have to keep at it. The first week is by far the worst. Stay strong and DONT be tempted as its fatal you CANNOT have just one, dont have any and be proud of yourself for kicking it. If you need to chat or any support just put a post up.
