might be looking to get one in the next week or so with the new job starting in a couple of weeks, just wondering what would be the best choice for around £150..

Yep same on as i've got, and a lot less bulky than the TomTom Go range.

You can get speed camera database for £2 from pocketgpsworld.com so don't bother shelling out for it through TomTom

navman F20 is significantly cheaper ( well it was where I got mine from! ) and at least as good as a Tom Tom IMO.

I've used the handsfree on one before and i couldnt get on with it at all, sound quality was awful Especially at motorway speeds

Thats a shame. Ive heard a couple of people say good and bad things about the handsfree. Seems as though im on motorways 99% of the time, i think ill leave it then.

Cheers.

I've got a proper wired THB handsfree in mine, goes through ICE, mutes CD/Radio and charges phone. Plus cradles are interchangeable if you change your phone every year
