H&R - Not cheap though

AVO - Reasonably priced but like to knock

Leda - For the track, again not cheap

cossiemanden,

AVO have done some work recently and now have the insert working the same way up as Bilstein. They have got to be worth a serious look at now, before the GAZ stuff IMHO

the avos are good for the price as long as you change the springs as std there very soft for the given damping rates

hmm on avo coilovers you ask for the spring tension you want, if you dont specify then you prolly end up with 250/200
its quite important to find out what spring rate you require and ask for it when buying, its no extra charge, cheers nomad (aka demon tweeks)

I got some of the latest Avo's and run 350 at the front and 175 at the rear and have been really impressed. See Mike R for a good price

Get double lock rings though rather than using the crappy grub screw in one lock ring.

A little ill informed Gus
However I do sell GAZ for around £500 and they are good for the money and better IMO than AVO

See everyone has a difference of opinion which is what the world is about.
What you like I may not and vice versa. Makes a mockery of the "whats the best for..." posts that keep appearing

Paul the crappy grub screw is the way professional motorsport teams use them

Good price on the Gaz cossymad

The main technical guy, who is well up on all things suspension and geometry related left Leda and is now working at GAZ, using his knowledge to influence and better the GAZ range.

Look out for some VERY tasty new stuff coming from them in the near future.
