ive used the 'upside down' units and like i say there not bad , just the springs are too soft
hmm on avo coilovers you ask for the spring tension you want, if you dont specify then you prolly end up with 250/200
its quite important to find out what spring rate you require and ask for it when buying, its no extra charge, cheers nomad (aka demon tweeks)
