If you didn't watch em on TV or download em already - give Prison Break a download. Couple 7.5gb torrents out there : 1 for all of S1 and one for all of S2..... 
Hopefully the downloads will apear later in the year for S3 as Sky have bought the fucker so it ain't on terrestrial TV no more

Was going to say Heroes, but i see you've already mentioned it 
I downloaded it last week on a recommendation and am up to episode 14/24 and i absolutely love it. Been off sick since Tuesday and it's saved me from the usual house-bound boredom
Also, going back a bit here, but i've downloaded some episodes of Brasseye from bittorrent and they are always good for a giggle

Oh, and Ideal Series 1/2/3 as well, fucking hilarious
