Suspension for fast road + a bit of POD & track action
My current drivers shock is now knackered 
after going down the last pot hole on are excellent uk rods. 
I now need to get a new set as the old suspension is getting on a bit.
So as the topic Subject what is recommended?

P.S Car is a 1993 Escort (MK5) with a 2.1 ZVH

Also you wanna get some Sorted Lower arms.
I have Ian Howell Rose joins in my lower arms.. Pick the 4 joints up and welded them in . £170 all in if i remember..
