can i run a wire from the temp sender unit to the multiplug in the back of the dash clocks to get the temp guage working?
or does the wires from the temp sender go somewhere else before it goes to the dash clocks?

ah, yep, no probs.. you'lll probably find if you cut the loom back it has snapped off (under the bonnet)as they are only a single wire out on its own. onto the push on post connector.

as dave says i cant find anywiring for the temp sensor that is obvious so i presume its broke off and been taped over or its been cut off and taped over, either way i dont fancy unwrappind the loom to find it. cheers though
so its just 1 wire from the temp sensor to one of the bits on the multiplug on the dash clocks? if so that seems a simpler idea rather than unwrap the loom i think ill just get a new connector and wire it to the multiplug on the clocks.
