Ive just completed my 1st 250 miles on the engine and i'm going to drop the oil and change the filter, but wondered should i....

1) Change it and put Millers running in oil in again

or

2) Change it for a semi synth?? If this option what grade do you all recommend?

i just done a mates 500mile change and kept it mineral,until itd done 1500 then fully synth
